Good

Disliked: Very noisy for the construction, you pay for a balcony but really you don’t like to be there.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast is always on point at the AC. I love it so much!
Disliked: The only thing I can say that I didnt like is how hard it is sometimes to access the bikes on the app.Also I wish the pool had its own towels and that the water in the pool could be more cold.

Liked: The toilet was clogged when we arrived and we asked for it to be fixed with no response. The AC stopped working overnight. Woke up sweating

It would have been great...

Liked: Location was great. Cleanliness of hotel was a plus. Breakfast was exceptional. Lot to choose from. A coffee persons paradise. Available all day. Starbucks coffee. Partial credit for dinner was a plus also. A staff member by the name of Chris was very friendly and always tried to help. Photo attached. The bartender at night was attentive to our needs. Also friendly.
Disliked: During check in the receptionist was not very attentive towards us. She did the check in but that is where her work ended. When she gave us our room entry cards, she neglected to inform us, for example, where the elevators and room was. The gentleman next to her explained to the guests where everything was at the hotel along with how to get to their room, etc. When we booked the room, 5th floor, we did not know the windows could not be opened. The windows were filthy from the outside. When we tried to get another room, she told us that Memorial day is coming and the hotel may be full and may not be able to accommodate us. She would try but it did not happen. When I asked her about the extra costs added to the initial bill, she hurriedly gave an explanation and left. A few days later I asked a night receptionist about the added cost. He did not rush his explanation. He effectively conveyed the hotels policy regarding the added cost and credit. I understood and appreciated his help.

Great value and location

Liked: Staff excellent and very helpful accommodating. Good breakfast, Nespresso machine a definite plus. Loved the location, beach loungers offered. Pool small yet fine.
Disliked: Out of the control of the hotel- construction across the street, just noisy during the daytime.

Disliked: The 50 dollars a day to park is way way too much. The rooms were expensive to begin with. We checked our car in upon our arrival, and three days later picked it up when we checked out. Never used Valet except for checkin and out and got hammered with the bill. Won't be staying here again, for that reason. The Staff was very good, but upon checkin, the staff person needs to explain the elevator buttons and how the key works. We had to go back and forth to the desk to use the elevators. Also, our first set of keys wouldn't open the room. I had to make another trip downstairs to get help with that, and another set was provided and they worked fine. The staff lady at the desk was helpful though, with our problems.
