The stay was amazing. Beautiful...

Liked: Great location, great staff, great breakfast, great room cleaning, and the little things like notes being left.
Disliked: I had to dig deep for this one, but the only complaint about that hotel that my wife and I had is about the pillows. They're too soft and flatten out when you lay on them.The only other issue we had was with Booking.com. We needed to change a reservation date for one of the five rooms that we booked. I couldnt do it online for some reason and could only cancel. I reached out to the AC Hotel and they instructed me to reach out to Booking. Emailed booking about 2 weeks before our stay and didn't get a response. Figured i could handle this at the front desk of the hotel, but they also instructed me to go through Booking's chatbot. Ended up downloading the Booking app, canceled the room and emailed through the app. Then couldn't book anything directly at the front desk at AC Hotel. The manager was great though and gave me a contact number to Mariott where I was able to speak with a representative and eventually shop around online and find a room for our 5th guest about .5 miles away. Everything worked out, but it would have been nice to be able to take care of this before arriving and having to book something last minute.

Upscale and convenient location.

Liked: Clean, good location, amenities, room toiletries.
Disliked: Please don’t give guest ADA rooms if they don’t request it. Also parking was way overpriced.
