Amazing hotel!

Liked: Great, great, great hotel! Perfect 10! Dayton downtown was really cool to walk around. The hotel is in a really convenient location, it was just beautiful and impeccably clean. Tho you need to pay for breakfast, it was well worth it. There were many options. If traveling through Dayton, it is a must stay.
Disliked: Nothing!

Nice hotel bad practices.

Liked: Hotel was very nice. The staff was very cordial. Location is ideal.
Disliked: I booked though bookings.com. When I got to the hotel, they ran my credit card and charged me for another room. I was promised that the charge was just a hold and I wouldn’t be charged. My card was charged twice. When I called the hotel, they told me they would take care of it. They returned the less expensive charge from booking.com instead of the one that they should have. It’s now been a week in the refund is not even pending.

Excellent stay, and don't forget...

Liked: This place rocked. We were passing through town and loved the location, room, front desk service and especially the upstairs restaurant. Was not expecting such a good vibe in Dayton, but we loved it.
Disliked: No issues at all.
