Liked: The location is good, hotel is clean and rooms are clean and as expected. Liked the hotel with my family.
Disliked: The public parking is tough and needs to be improved. Plea.se include free or provide some public parking.

Liked: This property was amazing, rooms were spacious and clean. The temperature in the shower got super hot which i loved. Staff was friendly and the amenities were great. A bonus was that there is a Starbucks and an indoor pool.
Disliked: My only complaint is that valet took forever to bring the car but they were super friendly and amazing. Not a super big issue but just plan ahead to request the car.

Liked: That the hotel was clean.
Disliked: The valet service was never at the desk. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and the hotel did not clean the room. There was no one ever able to answer for the operator. Even to check out we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk from the back. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

Liked: I loved everything!!! The staff was incredible and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had never stayed at the AC before but knew Marriott was a great hotel, so I trusted it would be nice. It was beyond my expectations. The ambiance and luxury you feel from the moment you step into the lobby is unmatched. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly, the valet team was delightful and lovely, and the hotel restaurant food was fantastic!! The rooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I even got to use the hotel gym facility, which was BEAUTIFUL. I’m I fitness trainer and have seen a lot of gyms in my time, and this hotel gym was stunning. I loved the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere of the entire place! When I return to Frisco, I will absolutely be staying at the AC again!
