Horrible staff

Liked: The hotel was very nice and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: I had the worst service from the staff at the AC Hotel in Columbus! My daughter left her blanket and unfortunately didn’t realize it until after we left the hotel. I called right away and they said they had found the blanket and said they would send it to me if I paid and email a packing slip to them and then also scheduled a UPS driver to come pick it up because they refused to bring it to a UPS. I did exactly what they asked and told them exactly when the UPS guy was coming to pick it up. They failed to give it to the UPS guy and when I called they had no idea what I was talking about and this was after calling multiple times and talking to multiple staff of the AC hotel. Finally I told them I was going to drive from Atlanta to Columbus to get it and when I got there they were acting like they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t find it. It had been sitting under the front desk, not packed up like I was told it was and no shipping label to be found. I was not offered a refund or even apologized to. For being in the hospitality business and for it being a Marriott hotel I expect more!!

It was decent.

Liked: The staff and rooms were nice.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable. We were there 5 nights and only had housekeeping once and that was after we had to go ask the front desk for housekeeping to come by our room.

Property was nice and convenient...

Liked: Very clean and modern. Secure.
Disliked: The price of the rooms.
