Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The access to the beach was very close.
Disliked: We were disappointed that there was not enough shade or umbrellas around the pool. The outer edges of the pool were also green. The pool needed a good cleaning. We were also disappointed in the reception staff with the exception of Jax. Jax was very friendly and accommodating. The bartender SarahBeth is also amazing.

Liked: Hotel was in a great location and convenient to many restaurants, shops and the beach. It was very clean and any staff we dealt with were nice and helpful.
Disliked: We requested a room with a balcony, but were really disappointed because there were no chairs. We regretted paying more money because you couldn't sit out on the balcony. We stayed for 5 nights and were disappointed the room only had 2 small drawers and a small area to hang things so we had to leave a lot of clothes in suitcases. The hotel advertised a rooftop bar, but we discovered it was closed for renovations, which was disappointing since the hotel is fairly new.
