Disliked: The fact that I was charged 220.00 dollars and could not get a refund being that one site said they still had a pool. Found it very inconvenient being we have stayed several times before for the relaxation of the pool area. Check in at 3pm to walk around for an hour and sit in a room is just ridiculous. Will not be back.

Firstly, the hotel boasts a prime location adjacent to Liberty Center, providing a vibrant atmosphere surrounded by bustling activity, which was a highlight of my experience. Additionally, the staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, exhibited exceptional kindness and promptly accommodated my request for a room facing Liberty Center, showcasing a commendable level of customer service. However, there were certain disappointments during my stay. Despite the advertised amenities, such as a pool, I was dismayed to find it closed down. While a full refund was graciously offered upon my arrival, it was evident that the absence of this facility was a letdown for many guests, myself included. Furthermore, I had anticipated the rooms to be maintained to a higher standard, especially considering the hotel's initial allure upon its construction. Despite the elegance of the lobby and bar areas, the rooms fell short of expectations in terms of upkeep and overall presentation. In conclusion, while the hotel offers a convenient location and commendable service from its staff, there is room for improvement in terms of amenities and room maintenance to fully deliver on its promise of a luxurious experience.

Disliked: We booked here because we had stayed here before and loved their pool well we booked again not knowing they had closed their pool down and yet they still charge the same price. Also $14/per for breakfast is insane for the price of the rooms.
