Disliked: Our toilet was broken. We didn't notice until we were in for the night, around 11:30, but it wouldn't flush and ran all night. We didnt end up calling the front desk, bc it was so late, but let them know about the problem when we checked out

Liked: The entire stay at the hotel was very nice. The convenience of shopping and restaurants was fantastic. I'll definitely book another stay when visiting Charlotte, NC.
