Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. A special mention goes to the breakfast service: the food was fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff in charge of breakfast were exceptionally kind and attentive, making the mornings a real pleasure. I’d definitely stay here again.

Liked: Nice staff, location, and room. The room was nicely laid out in a small space.
Disliked: The hallway was a little dark and the elevator quite small.

Liked: The room was clean and very comfortable, staff were excellent. The check in process was extremely smooth and quick.
Disliked: The kitchen could have stayed open longer.
