Liked: The staff was awesome! They are the best anywhere and I have been to many hotels. Start to finish they were perfect for making us very welcome. The pool area was also very nice and clean as they come.
Disliked: The mandatory $25 charge to purchase snacks. I have never heard of this anywhere that I have stayed except for here. Maybe this is something you would consider removing. BTW, I stay at about 7 different hotels a year. The breakfast cost doesn't make sense either, but I just go somewhere else.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was spotless and comfortable. We really enjoyed the bar and pool. We also enjoyed how close the hotel was to the Wellington train station.
Disliked: No free breakfast.
