A nice place for a...

Liked: The location is across the street from a park on a main street. There is free parking out front and paid parking in a basement garage. There are numerous restaurants minutes away. A grocery store is just a 3 minute walk away. The main train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The location is clean. The breakfast buffet is large and neat. Great selection of juices and the coffee machine is fantastic. The desk personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are adequate size and the AC is a benefit with numerous heat waves in the summer. The bed is clean and very comfortable. The restroom has a bidet and of a good size.
Disliked: It was a bit more expensive than expected for the accommodations. The free parking is hit and miss. The street traffic makes getting in and out of the location a challenge.

Very good

Liked: Clean and modern design. Facilities available.
Disliked: 30mins walk from Bologna city centre and 15mins from central train station. Not too much close to hotel. Breakfast options limited.

Great location but only to...

Liked: Nice bed, close to the city center
Disliked: Very strange bar service.Day 1 we had dinner, however we never recieved the drinks we ordered because 'there were no more glasses' to then get our soft drinks with glasses.Day 2 we wanted to order a meat platter but couldn't 'because the kitchen wasnt open yet' at 18:15.Day 3 we tried to order some bar food but that wasn't even possible anymore at all. (15:00)Didn't feel like personel wanted to do anything for us at that point.

Great base for a 3-night...

Liked: I liked the location. There is a nice park behind the hotel and tennis courts and an indoor soccer field across the road. You can take a 15 minute walk to the vibrant cafe/restaurant/university area or you can take the #21 bus from right outside the hotel to the centre of Bologna in about the same time.
Disliked: After a 3-week holiday through The Netherlands, Germany, France & Switzerland, a dip in a hotel pool would have been nice.
