Fabulous view - Great breakfast...

Liked: The breakfast was fabulous as well as great view of the city. Experience of seeing all over Copenhagen on 18th floor
Disliked: Might have better facilities in the room e.g. toiletries, snacks.

Overall, I expected more for...

Liked: I got a room in the 22nd floor and the view was amazing. The hotel was clean and the personnel tried their best, but it seemed disorganised. The spa area is small but nice.
Disliked: Every request I or my colleagues had, had to be asked at least twice. One of my colleagues had two change rooms 2 times because of clogged sinks and broken blinds. Another colleague also had a clogged sink and broken appliences in his room.
