Disliked: I had to ask for an iron and ironing board.

Liked: The Filipina receptionist named Joy was very accommodating. She was very patient in answering our questions. The place is very clean and towels are changed everyday. Sufficient toiletries are likewise available.
Disliked: The restaurant should be open daily. We stayed for 5 days but saw it opened only once. Nevertheless, the location is accessible to small restaurants and has a nearby grocery store which made our stay affordable.

Liked: Good location just a few minutes away from a metro station and Lidl store is just across the road. Calm district. The room was just enough and very comfortable for us to spend a night in Madrid and relax after a long day.

Disliked: - when I arrived, they informed me there would be construction next to my room, the construction was literally in my balcony as in I had to have the curtains shut at all times and the noise was horrible. I asked to change my room, they didn’t change the room but it seems they moved the construction. - no complimentary water offered, not even in my room, this was very inconvenient the weather was extremely hot - I asked for an adapter, just for the duration of my stay, had to purchase it and had to go down and buy it myself I don’t think the staff would ever come to the rooms - I called at night just for a glass of water to get medicine and no one answered
