Very good

Liked: The front desk concierge was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with
Disliked: The toilet didn't flush but luckily we only stayed 1 night. In addition I didn't realize the rooftop venue would be closed for a private event the evening we were staying. I would have appreciated if this information could be provided to 3rd party sites such as this one instead of only just having that information in the hotesl own site

Liked: Always great to stay at this place. The breakfast lady Sue is super nice. Warning though sometimes you can here the steps and sounds above you. Other than that a great place to stay. Beautiful scenery!

Other than the loud air...

Liked: Design, style, rooftop bar, and although out-of-the-way, Location wasn’t too bad.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine starting up. It started at a really low whoosh and then it just got louder and louder and louder….and then it was a full on jet engine. it would turn off and 10 minutes later it started again and you could hear the wind up. It just sounded like a jet engine. So my wife and had to sleep with earplugs.
