Well located, not highest quality
Liked: It is well located but subpar compared to most Marriott stays I have experienced.The lobby is unattractive. My room o 10 th floor was clean and comfortable; the AC was noisy. The connexion to Wifi was difficult initially and not strong otherwise. The breakfast in the lobby was of very poor quality and the service not good. Items that went missing were not replaced rapidly when they were. The whole display of breakfast items could be made more attractive. The quality of food was low (croissants, only 1 type of a bad jam in a minuscule box,etc..) and the room for breakfast was overlapping with the lobby, lacked decorum, privacy and so on.I went once to the bar next to the pool. The man did not have the draught IPA on the menu. I switched to a glass of Cabernet sauvignon that too was un available and was given a glass of red blend that was was acidic and really not good.The staff was otherwise pleasant and useful.The hotel is well located near several good restaurants.I will not return.

Very good
Liked: Great location in Midtown, nice bar and pool area. Breakfast was exceptional with many options
Disliked: As stated, the breakfast was exceptional however the staff tried to charge me for it on three separate occasions when it was included in my reservation. Wish they could have done the diligence of checking first instead of trying to charge and then having to correct them.

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: We purchased breakfast and it smelled good but do the rude young lady turning our stomach with her attitude towards us. As we were looking at the menu and food, she came over with asking did we stay there and letting us know that the food is not for free, I told her we already paid when we checked in and she said let me check on that before you get anything. I said yes you can but I’m in a rush. She jogged around the corner to ask the front desk person and they told her yes. I waited just to see if she was going to apologize for holding us up but no she didn’t . She looked at me like O wow . So I asked is everything ok now she replied yea. I only toke two banana because at this time I was almost late running late for a very important appointment. In the future give your guest breakfast passes so everyone would know who paid and who didn’t

Was a great, but pricey...
Liked: Most of the hotel staff was really great. The cleaning staff were really kind. Front desk was awesome. Everyone was great, but the only one whose name I got was Dee, and she was so lovely! Pool was a fun hangout, and location was great.
Disliked: The bartenders for the pool, one in particular, was not the best.

Liked: The front desk lady Shanika was the BEST. She made my stay very nice. I was celebrating my 50th birthday with friends and she was such a pleasant spirit. I'll definitely be back
