I had a nice stay....
Liked: My room was very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property is pretty, and I loved the patio and outdoor seating. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable!
Disliked: The shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm, but once it was warm, it was fine. My room didn't get cleaned. I spent 2 nights. Getting to my car in the garage from the inside of the hotel was confusing and more directions should be given. i met 2 other guests who were also confused .

It went well overall.

Violated by Hotel Security
Disliked: While in the area for an event taking place in the city. We had a man who claimed to be hotel security enter our room while we were undressing. This person did not announce themselves as hotel security, but proceeded to knock and then opened our hotel door. Instead of just cracking the door, he proceeded to put his entire head into the doorway and looked our way as I was holding a shirt in my hand.My friend and I were completely in shock, we went behind the bed to cover ourselves because we were in the process of undressing from our evening. We were so enraged my friend went downstairs to confront this security guard. He continued to double down on his decision, which was even more upsetting.While, we understand his role and responsibilities as hotel security. We are questioning the actions in which he took. We would have appreciated a phone call from the desk, followed by hotel security, announcing himself at the door. We felt violated and embarrassed.I was then contacted by the hotels front Office Manager. At first I was glad that someone took the time to contact me. I was told to call the Office Manager to discuss my stay further. I have been calling for a series of THREE DAYS and I have spoken to no one. To make matters worse when I called on day three the front office manager said that they had no idea who contacted me and wasn't sure what I was even talking about. Words cannot explain how enraged I am right now.
