Disliked: Joseph on the reception desk was so rude, we came to check in at 2pm and were given a key to a room that when we walked into hadn’t even been cleaned yet. We then had to wait at the reception for a further hour! Jospeh at the reception found this amusing with a smirk on his face. Then the next day we came back to our room with a couple trying to use the key to get in our room as this Joseph at reception gave them our room number! Not happy to say the least disappointed

Liked: The room and facilities were brilliant, a bargain at the price.
Disliked: The location was not amazing, but only a 20 minute taxi (with traffic) to the old town/main hub.

Liked: Roof room gets very hot during a sunny day. And air conditioning not operational.

Comfortable easy reach of sight...

Liked: Lovely hotel set across the road from the underground. Located in what looks like a business area, so something to consider. That said it’s a great hotel and well placed to get to all the site seeing places. Large rooms and so quiet which was lovely.
Disliked: Set along side offices and in business area.
