Liked: overall I have no problem with the accomodation, but we just came for only sleepover and quick breakfast early in the morning. the room was clean, we got an apple as a welcome present and a voucher for a welcome drink. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Upon arrival we were informed that payment by card is not possible. As we weren't prepared for this eventuality, we had to search for an ATM and we had to withdraw money in foreign currency, which cost us additional withdrawal fee, which was almost 5% of the price for accomodation. The staff showed no consideration....simple "we're sorry" would have been enough for us when we told them about this fee, but their reaction was pokerface and no reaction. I get it's not their fault, but again..saying at least sorry would have been the bare minimum.

Disliked: Joseph on the reception desk was so rude, we came to check in at 2pm and were given a key to a room that when we walked into hadn’t even been cleaned yet. We then had to wait at the reception for a further hour! Jospeh at the reception found this amusing with a smirk on his face. Then the next day we came back to our room with a couple trying to use the key to get in our room as this Joseph at reception gave them our room number! Not happy to say the least disappointed
