Liked: As described , was a room for a city break and did the job of providing a roof over our heads whilst we explained Copenhagen . Breakfast whilst small was nice and all fresh (apart from dry scrambled egg) . Staff are all friendly enough and helpful when needed .
Disliked: The location - it’s in the middle of junkie central , it’s only moments from the main station so if being around junkies and prostitutes doesn’t bother you you’ll be fine but having an 11yr old girl in tow it was not ideal, also there’s a sex shop directly opposite which I know is normal and if it was a couples break would probably be entertaining but again with kids it’s not ideal and it sums up the area. The road houses a few rooms where drug addicts and can use safely and there are people actively selling drugs on the streets directly outside. The rooms are small, the aircon doesn’t work properly, the day we arrived it was warm and the room would not cool down. The hotel itself can’t physically improve any of my negatives but pointing out so others don’t make the mistake of staying here if circumstances are similar .

Really great location with friendly...

Liked: A lovely hotel, a short walk from the main train station, so can easily access with bags (no need for taxi). Welcoming reception staff, love the 'green' offering of forgoing towel changes etc for exchange for drink or bike vouchers. More hotels should do this for environmental reasons. Rooms were spacious and clean with good amentities provided. Buffet breakfast was huge with so many good pastries!!
Disliked: Toast not offered as an option at breakfast, which is a good option for children.

Disliked: Air conditioner was ineffective. The elevators were slow at busy times.

Central location easy to get...

Liked: Near to the metro for lines M3 and M4 and train station just down the road too.Friendly staff members very helpful.Breakfast was decent would been nice to have some more choice for a hot breakfast but it does the job.Main road where there are restaurants and supermarkets can be reached within 10 minutes.10 minutes or less from Tivoli.
Disliked: Found hair on the beds which was slightly off putting more detail to attention would make a difference.

Liked: Nice place in a nice neighborhood. A bit of a walk to the main street but its a pleasant walk. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited options
