Nice big room, bring earplugs...

Liked: The room was so spacious and well laid out, the view was awesome and the bed was really comfortable. They waited for me to arrive (very late) and were really easy to deal with.
Disliked: I booked a lower floor room because I'm familiar with the island hwy noise. I called and they said they upgraded me to an upstairs room, I asked if I could please just have the lower level room I booked. The man said no problem but then when I arrived he did not change it back to the one I requested. I could not sleep past 7am due to the street noise. I specifically chose the room that would be further from the road and I'm slightly upset NY requests weren't met even though the employee I spoke with said they would give me my original booking. ??? Could use another pillow, bigger towels, theres a bathtub but no faucet to have a bath, but overall minus the noise it was nice. I really wish I could have slept in though.
