Liked: Clean and tidy room

Excellent- will stay there when...

Comfortable

Liked: The room was spacious and the location was close to where we needed to go.
Disliked: We stayed for four nights. Our room was not cleaned once during that time, nor towels replaced etc. Had this been done it would have shifted my rating higher.

Nowhere near as good as...

Liked: Location . Beds .
Disliked: Carpet was very dirty - looked like a dog / person had vomited on it . Rubbish wasn’t removed . Dishwasher control didn’t work properly . Staff didn’t seem to act on complaints . Nothing happened .

Liked: Easy access from the highway for a long drive stopover, perfect for what I wanted.

Liked: The location is handy, and the room upgrade was appreciated . Nice outdoor area also. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom facilities including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were NOT refilled with minimal in the bottles. This needs ti be attended to each time to room is cleaned please.
