Disliked: The room was dirty, makeup brush found on the floor, tiles on the wall in a poor state

Liked: The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and it was close to shops/train station. breakfast was lovely
Disliked: the pillows was really uncomfortable.

Noise spoiled it

Disliked: What was difficult was the constant noise outside from air conditioning machine ( windows open or shut ) Was not able to sleep

Liked: Lovely hotel find great for the station. Loved the quirky bits and different features of the room. Staff faultless
Disliked: Blocked toilet that was however sorted immediately when I called. Work outside the hotel and digger starting at 8.30

Very pleasant stay!

Liked: The split AC unit is probably outdated to most, but it was my favourite thing about the hotel! My room was exactly how I liked it: freezing cold.The location is great, lots of shops and bus stops and taxis around. Busy and alive!The rooms are bigger than most I?ve seen around the UK.
Disliked: Being an older renovated building, I think some of these are out of their control, but the stairs creak, the floor isn?t level in the bathroom and some of the finish around the room isn?t great. The elevator is also turtle slow.I would reconsider the mattresses because they?re simply too soft and uncomfortable. The rooms have enough space for a mini fridge, why not add them? That would make the rooms better. The tray minibar with lukewarm Coca Cola was puzzling.
