Exceptional

Liked: room is fantastic, loved the interior and marshall speaker!

Good but quite noisy

Liked: Bed size, bathroom size, room size, desk size.
Disliked: A bit of a weird smell in the wardrobe and the snack bar was not filled with the items on the list so made sure to check that this was the case to make sure I wouldnt get charged for items I didnt use. TV controller was quite unclean. Quite noisy, could hear hallway noise clearly on floor 3.

Disliked: Enjoying stay for a business trip, good breakfast, attentive crew

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and cosy. Amazing breakfast too. Overall a great hotel.

Disliked: Service seemed slow at breakfast despite it being quiet.

Liked: The staff were excellent and looked after me superbly including accommodating several requests for assistance.
Disliked: Beds were acceptable, but mattress was a little lumpy.
