Perfect stay in Kingston, excellent...

Liked: Location is excellent right across the road from the Kingston shops. Apartment was warm, light, comfortable, dog friendly with an enclosed ground floor balcony, staff very friendly, good range of teas and coffees and had everything we needed. Ideal place to stay! And new, clean and perfect!
Disliked: Liked it all!

Excellently clean and comfortable

Liked: The room was really clean! Loved the door opening and closing itself - at first I thought it was so heavy to manage because not many hotels have the door for people with disability. Loved how everything was in its place!
Disliked: I did not prefer having to sign on to access the TV. I just wanted some news and songs and could not do that. Maybe put an option for just basic channel if we are not so savvy with linking and connecting devices.

Liked: this was all fine, the rooms are compact but have everything required including a washer drier which I really like. There was a view of parliament house.
Disliked: it was difficult to get parking and hotel parking was full. Air conditioning was a bit temperamental sometimes too hot and then too cold and sometimes turned off. but at least it was quiet. Would have liked to get a beer from the fridge but couldn't because it was locked.

Great location, friendly staff, loved...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, loved the fact they had bicycles in the reception that we could hire to have a good look around the beautiful lake and art galleries etc.
