Very disappointing stay

Liked: Location . Beautiful building
Disliked: The room was so hot. The air conditioning was not working so we had the window open but all you could hear was shouting and screaming from the pub below. Had the most hot and uncomfortable night. We booked two nights but left on the first morning!This was a treat for my husbands birthday Sadly what a waste of money.

Liked: Right in the heart of Canterbury
Disliked: We had upgraded so we were expecting something much nicer for the price. The bed which at first glance looked great was two single mattresses of completely different heights pushed together, horrendously uncomfortable. The bathroom was tired, dirty and very basic

Nice hotel in great location,...

Liked: Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Great location and lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Room was hot in the night, would of liked to be able to open window.Car park was expensive at £25 and timebound. We were told on check-out that we had to move the car by 12pm for the next guests despite the car park not being full and us using it for less than 24 hours.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Lack of double glazing windows made the room very noisy. The carport is too small and has only 12 spaces fur a large hotel. Breakfast service was slow and disorganised.
