Liked: Everything. The staff are super. The hotel is clean. The rooms are beautiful. Location is great for walking to the downtown. Love the 16:30 snake. The included breakfast is 5 star.
Disliked: The walls are a bit thin and you can hear some noise. However, the hotel is geared to an older clientele and lights are out by 22:00. No children are allowed at the hotel and this is great for us old farts...

Exceptional

Liked: We loved everything about Abigail's. Comfortable (and very large) bed, large room, lovely soft linens and fluffy towels. Breakfasts were varied, excellent and made to order. The staff were exemplary from the receptionists to the waiting staff. A shout out to Judy who saved the day when our hire car from Enterprise failed to show up. She put us in touch with Budget, ordered us a cab to get us to them, even lent us her mobile to make the call. Excellent service all round. Thank you!
Disliked: That we couldn't get booked in for longer as they were fully booked!

Liked: Food and service was exceptional! I also loved that it was near the ocean and accessible to many stores.
Disliked: Other than the loud squeaky door, nothing comes to mind.
