Liked: We stayed in a luxury lodge with a hot tub it was lovely and the food at the hotel restaurant was amazing.
Disliked: We found the restaurant at the hotel was very popular and couldn't always book a slot at the time we wanted but other than that it was a wonderful escape.

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was tasty and fairly priced. Great setting and gardens.
Disliked: The pillows and bed were quite firm, not the end of the world but made it tricky for me to get some sleep.

Good, could have been excellent

Liked: The location is gorgeous and the rooms were lovely. The standard of cleanliness was excellent
Disliked: The younger colleagues seemed uncomfortable around customers. This place could be even better with some thought, for example my husband uses a walking stick for balance, when he ordered coffees at the bar there were colleagues standing round talking with only one person serving, no other me offered to carry the drinks to our table. This may seem petty but to me it symbolises how a little attention could improve the customer experience.
