Liked: Everything about the hotel was excellent - the lovely entrance area; well appointed room with everything thought of for the traveller, even an iron and board! The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - the most generous spread we have ever seen in any B&B situation! The staff were all bright, cheerful, helpful and very professional. We highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Very limited car parking and difficult to stop outside. We parked overnight in a car park recommended a 5 minute walk away, for which the hotel gave us a 20% discount card. From 7.30 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day the cost was ÂÂ£11.40.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. The first room room 409, was very warm, they do not have air conditioning. The bathroom vent was broken so I raised the issue with the staff and they moved us to a 1st floor room and it was much better

Liked: This was the second time we have stayed .this time we got upgraded to apartment it was lovely and breakfast was good .
Disliked: It was a bath and if it was a walk in shower it would of been better for me .and the bath needs a bathmat in it and hand rail

Great Hotel, great staff.

Liked: Great room, friendly (and helpful) staff.
Disliked: The only issue was that the room was a bit too hot, even with windows open, still couldn't get the room cool.

Liked: Their breakfast buffet (included) was amazing! What a great way to start the day.
Disliked: While the rooms were very spacious, the beds and overall furnishings could do with an update.

Liked: The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.The room and breakfast were satisfactory.
Disliked: The fabric garnishes are already covered in a lot of dust and the carpet was not vacuumed properly.The shower screen does not fit properly with the bathtub, so the bathroom gets flooded.
