Free breakfast and shuttle.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Free shuttle to and from airport. Close to Skytrain, Costco, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Safe neighborhood.
Disliked: Gym is not a gym. Two run down pieces of cardio equipment does not make a gym. Isn't even open 24 hours? Noise from airport, road, and noisy air conditioner. Not a great value.

Liked: The breakfast is great and my parents like the location. It’s convenient to go to the airport.
Disliked: I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received while calling this hotel. I called to check whether my elderly parents had successfully checked in, but the receptionist I spoke with was incredibly rude. Instead of offering help, he asked me, “Do you have a problem?” in a harsh and unprofessional tone, and then abruptly hung up on me.My husband called back shortly after, hoping to clarify the situation, but encountered the same dismissive attitude. It wasn’t until the call was transferred to another staff member that we were finally treated with basic courtesy and received the information we needed.This experience left a very negative impression, especially when we were simply trying to ensure our loved ones had arrived safely. I hope the management addresses this issue, as guests deserve to be treated with respect—whether in person or over the phone.

Liked: Location is near airport with free shuttle...near a big Asian supermarket which comes in handy. Staff are helpful and courteous.Though Cotsco is opposite but only accessible to members....so it may not be useful..
Disliked: Shuttle bus is in bad condition. Room is outdated and aircon is very noisy...unfortunately room also has a musty smell...think hotel needs a major overhaul...Thought Wyndham can do a better job...

Liked: This place needs to be updated, they had good breakfast in past stay, but went down the hill.
Disliked: bad elevator did not work

Easy transition stop to head...

Liked: The staff were very helpful when asked for assistance. The noon checkout was helpful as we had a later flight out of Vancouver that night. Location and the included airport shuttle were good for transiting to the airport. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Supermarket and takeaway were within a 10 minute walk and the 2 on premises restaurant provide food options. 20 minutes by Uber to Steventon Village which was a great place to spend an afternoon.
Disliked: There's not a lot to do in the area. We asked to be moved to another room as the wifi in the first room was very poor and the staff were very accommodating. No instructions on how to work the TV's in either rooms, which had different set up requirements. No tea bags, only coffee in the room.
