Disliked: Really noisy air conditioning. Average continental breakfast.

Comfortable hotel close to the...

Liked: The hotel is in a good position for the one arriving at Vancouver international airport (only 15 min away).The train to downtown in located only 10 minutes away by feet and takes about 15 minutes to rea h the city center. The room was big enough and well equiped. Beds were really comfortable
Disliked: The moquette was a little old and stained, the breakfast could be more complete.

Liked: Restaurant on site
Disliked: Rooms did not get serviced daily which was why the bathroom was mouldy.Aircon had difficulty cooling the roomRoom smells musty and had a strange odour.

Very tired hotel, good for...

Liked: There is a shuttle from/to the airport, a hotel located not far from the key station of the Sky Canada, from where there is transport to the ferry as well as to the centre of Vancouver and/or Richmond.
Disliked: Absolutely incompetent reception - looks like schoolchildren working part-time during the holidays, which is ok for me, if only they were taught. Breakfast is almost protein-free. Cleaning and replenishment of shampoos and other consumables must be requested. With difficulty, I managed to return the cost of the first night taken twice - few hours of time were spent on communication and I had to talk to the reception, senior manager and accountant, although they should not have taken anything from my card before arriving at the hotel.

Great value hotel for stay...

Liked: Very well kept hotel and comfortable 2 nights here. Breakfast was excellent. Service, especially the front desk and breakfast, was amazing and very helpful. Value for price exceeded expectations.

For a one night stay...

Liked: close to the Sky train; close to the airport (short taxi ride). Restaurant next door, breakfast provided in the morning. Loved the prints on the walls of Scottish scenes.
Disliked: While the paint work on walls looked fresh and carpets and furniture were kept in good condition, the rooms were a little dark and gloomy due to poor lighting.
