Liked: Location close to town.Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room smelt musty, don't think it had been used for a while. 'Appears' to be housing WINZ families. Traffic all through the night, boy racers & motorbikes at first, then trucks.

Liked: Staff friendly and accommodating. Our children left some toys behind but no issue for staff, they held on to it until we arranged a pick up.

Liked: Location is fairly convenient to Nelson center - maybe 10 mins drive.Facilities are as would be expected.
Disliked: Minor - TV isn't adjustable for orientation, so faces the couch, not the bed. I didn't wat h for that reason altgoygh Netflix is available.

Definitely won’t be staying there...

Liked: Woke to ants on our bench. Office hours were 9am - 8pm but wasn’t open when I went down to tell them about the ant problem. Rang bell but no one answered. I heard this was also used as emergency housing which I don’t believe should be on booking.com otherwise guests should be informed about it at the start before booking. One of their guests who said she had been there a couple of days as emergency housing was very strange and saying weird things. Definitely not somewhere I’d stay again. Don’t believe it was worth the price I paid.
