Hotel situated close to trams, which made it easy to reach Co-op Arena and Piccadilly station. Standard of hotel not great. Dusty bedroom and broken electric reader which meant we had no lights.

Liked: Food in the bar and breakfast.
Disliked: Reception staff not very welcoming. Bedroom was dusty. Issue with broken electrics in the bedroom which meant we had no lights overnight and morning which proved difficult when using en-suite facilities. Also not informed how to access the hotel on return from the performance.

Great place!

Liked: Everything about the room, clean, enough space and great people. The location is exceptional! Great for young people that likes to enjoy night life.
Disliked: The bartender doesn't know to make drinks.

Great stay, would recommend and...

Liked: We arrived before check in, staff were super friendly and let us leave our bags while we went to explore the city. The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay and gave great recommendations on things to do. The pub itself looks lovely but unfortunately we didn't have time to eat or drink there. Also fab location!
Disliked: Our room was quite small but we did opt for the smallest option so that's on us! Honestly, there is nothing we didn't like. Really exceeded our expectations.

Lovely location, great room.

Liked: Room decor lovely. Bar area very nice. Location perfect.
Disliked: Bathroom door needs an adjustment. Bar closed before 10.30pm with no drink up time allowed. Had to take our drinks to our room. Bedroom view a bit disappointing.
