Superb
Liked: Comfortable beds and lovely decor in rooms and breakfast area. Staff were all friendly and had good chat, all pleasant and helpful
Disliked: Only thing I can think of was the bath panel was hanging off when we arrived (it was quite cracked) but easy fixed and didn't cause us any issues

Liked: The hotel is beautiful!! The room was exceptional, clean, fresh and so relaxing!! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful....couldn't fault them!! We ate in the pub, fabulous menu and the food was gorgeous....and we were lucky enough to stay on Quiz night, and even though it was just between me and my 2 teenagers, and a fun group opposite, it was fab fun and made our night!! Thanks so much!! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay again!!
Disliked: Nothing not to like!! This place is excellent!!

Liked: Super helpful and friendly staff, great location in the city center, comfortable beds, nice set of cosmetics in the bathroom, wifi. It is close to Piccadilly /Victoria train stations, there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Smell of mould in the corridor, mouldy shower, noisy air conditioning.

Disappointing
Liked: Central. Good water pressure, which if you live in England you know it's a big plus.
Disliked: The hotel smells weird, like an old man's pub. The room is very small, and there's not a lot storage place. It's also a noisy area, but I guess that's the price you pay for location.
