We had a really nice...

Liked: Nice location & large, clean rooms.Loved the amount of open space in the room as well as the hard composite flooring. No carpet was nice.
Disliked: No complementary coffee/juice bar.Staff seemed very shorthanded, therefore, stressed and unhappy.

Very good

Liked: The room was beautiful. The staff was excellent. Location is beautiful.
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard, but decent. More than 1 microwave for an entire floor would be good. Room keys should unlock the outside doors.

overall a nice family place...

Liked: clean environment, friendly staff. neat building.
Disliked: the pillows were not that comfortable in my opinion. and it was also difficult to get extra bath towels. we requested some more and never got them.

Liked: I got to spend time with family. The water park was nice.

This used to be a...

Disliked: Hot tub was closed in the water park. My kids didn't get to swim a second time because the water was too cold for the adults. Bathroom was tiny and smelled like it been cleaned with funky old mop water. Restaurant was way overpriced for a buffet that had no decent food on it. $80 for only 3 people and I left hungry.
