With a 4-star gold rating from the AA this North Yorkshire guest house provides free parking. Each room at Abbotsleigh has been individually styled and has its own unique furnishings. All have a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities including a coffee machine and homemade biscuits. Each room has luxury bedding and an private bathroom with shower hairdryer and high-quality toiletries. An award-winning breakfast menu includes a buffet selection of fresh fruit cereals homemade bread yogurt preserves and honey. Whitby Abbey the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and the Whitby Museum are all within 10-20 minutes' walk of Abbotsleigh. The pretty coastal village of Robin Hood's Bay is around 6 miles south of the town which lies just outside the spectacular North York Moors National Park. There is parking on site car park and free road permit parking for guests

Liked: Anita & rob gave a very warm welcome nice big room comfortable beds & a lovely big shower room & we had fresh milk in the mini fridge in our room breakfast nice as well nothing to much trouble my sister and would stay again

Liked: Location room was fantastic with excellent modern shower room. Rob and Anita could not do enough. Breakfast was best ever! If you go to Whitby stay here!!!

Liked: Such a perfect spot, so clean and well appointed.And the breakfasts are so so nice.Such a friendly, homely place to stay.
Disliked: The tempting Tunnocks tea cakes by the stairs, too too tempting..
