Liked: Excellent central location, comfy bed, helpful staff
Disliked: WiFi was weak in hotel room but fine in communal lounge area.

Very quite and comfortable family...

Liked: Breakfast, perfect location near river and town, very comfortable bed, quiet room.
Disliked: Misleading information that there was free parking rather than first come first served parking. The website should be updated to say this and give information about the adjacent car park. I had to park there and make several trips up two flights of stairs with luggage, a dog and all the paraphenalia involved.

Liked: Very good service and staff. We had the basement room which was fine. Comfortable bed and pillow. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: The location was a little too far out from centre.

Disliked: Because the the hotel was quite old the floor of my bedroom sloped a bit so the head of the bed was lower than the foot which made for a very slightly uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise the bed a d the room were excellent.

Liked: Ideal position for a short walk into the centre of town or for riverside walks. The rooms was spotless and, while it's on old building with all the quirks that brings, comfortable enough. Very nice lounge area for work / relaxing and a good breakfast too.
Disliked: The parking, while a real bonus for a hotel so close to town, does require a bit of shuffling around as double-parking is de rigeur.
