Great friendly hotel, great central...

Liked: amazing breakfast cooked to order, and staff were lovely and pleasant and really know who their guests are, for example remembering my husband had hurt his back and was in the room and asking if I wanted to take some breakfast up to him.

Liked: The hotel is Ideally situated and within walking of all the attractions in Shrewsbury. The bedroom.was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good and a good variety of choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly..

Liked: Everything was OK
Disliked: I booked late and the only room available was the basement room which was noisier than hoped for as I could hear people moving about me - I need to book earlier next time.
