Don't stay unless you need...

Liked: The only benefit to this place is how close it is it ealing station
Disliked: The staff was rude on the phone , the hotel stink of cannabis. The walls so thin that you can hear everything. The room I received didn't have window that you can open. They also charged me extra to change dates even though it's free to do so online. Terrible stay.

Good

Sufficient

Liked: It is cheap and not too far from the station
Disliked: The customer service was not good, waited 20 minutes outside to get into the hotel

Very poor

Liked: The location but not much else
Disliked: The property is very old and run down. The rooms and communal areas are dirty and unkempt.

Passable

Liked: Very friendly gentleman to greet us on arrival.
Disliked: Felt like a halfway house. There was a very intoxicated woman stumbling around when we arrived The same woman was curled up outside with a blanket and alcohol later in the evening. The room was clean but very run down.

Bad

Very dated. Needs a good...

Liked: Location and friendly staff member (who we only saw once).
Disliked: The whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke and weed. Very dated with cheap maintenence. Some bedding was stained.

Exceptional

Liked: Far too many complain when it's cheap!Staff look after you and was clean , yes dated but clean!!
Disliked: Nothing

Not fit for purpose.

Liked: Nothing sadly.
Disliked: This hotel shouldn’t have passed basic hygiene and health and safety requirements. Sockets not properly attached, easy risk of shock. Had to change rooms once due to a dirty toilet seat which I had to clean. Next room had the faulty socket, broken sink covered in silicone. Utter disgrace! I’d like a full refund.
