Liked: I had an emergency and booked last minute. For the price and location, I was satisfied. Room was immaculately clean, bathroom looked very new and bad was comfortable. I arrived few minutes after making the booking and the receptionist was very polite and kind. He even looked for a phone charger for me, as I didn’t have one. They have a lovely back garden
Disliked: Honestly the worst part were other guests. A group was hosted and they spent the night going to each others rooms banging doors and talking loudly. I couldn’t sleep because of them. And the previous guest at the room I stayed smoked inside the bathroom, so even though it was super clean, it was smelling strongly. To me it was not a problem, but the lack of facilities might be a problem to long term guests

Disliked: Property was listed as taking pets - my daughter had a service dog - and they tried to turn us away on the first night because of the dog then charged us extra which is against UK law for service dogs! Well I wished they had because we got a room for family of 4 and the beds were wall to wall and up against the furnaces! It was a sweat room! So hot we couldn't sleep! No manager on property at night! Horrible - we had prepaid and checked out after our first night just losing our money because there was no way we could sleep. Also, longer walk from the Underground then we anticipated.

Disliked: last night i booked this hotel and wanted to stay there with my 22month baby but unfortunately it was so dirty and so cold and has insects and big mosquitoes! and surprisingly it wasn’t like the picture they showed on their website so i couldn’t stay there and i had to leave there because i was worried about health of my baby! I wanted them to refund my money but they didn’t and told i have to do it by booking.com .the manager talked to me badly he wasn’t there and I talked with him on the phone and he doesn’t want to trust to me and pretend that i don’t tell the truth! Hopefully i have some pictures to show their room, This hotel is not same as their picture and all of the walls was broken! I will attach the pictures.Actually I didn’t stay there last night and leave the hotel. Hope that it doesn’t happen again to anybody
