Set in 14 acres of landscaped grounds next to Furness Abbey Abbey House Hotel offers luxurious rooms with historic features. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and free on-site parking. Built as a private house in 1914 the hotel has hosted King George V and other members of the royal family. Lovely secluded hotel with good...

Liked: A very lovely hotel with a a very spacious room and nice view (as requested during booking). The breakfast was also excellent and the staff were pleasant and accommodating.

A lovely hotel for just...

Liked: Beautiful location and hotel was immaculate the staff are also very friendly.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than expected, very noisy right above the Cavendish suite during a wedding and sadly the mattress and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
