Our little Shangri-la

Liked: What an amazing place this is. Sheer affordable luxury. Our room was beautiful Just could not believe the stunning hotel for the price we paid. Luxurious and so friendly.Beautiful gardens. The hotel building itself is pretty amazing. All the staff were so helpful and friendly.Can't wait to go back there . Our little Shangri-la

Liked: Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Still took cash which I am all for which is great. Only mishap during stay was staff seemed to mess up breakfast order but apologised with a bottle of prosecco so all good.

It’s a hotel for weddings!...

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely hotel. I think it’s wonderful for a wedding venue.
Disliked: As a couple visiting, I thought there would be more walks around the grounds, but it was small. The beautiful paths only go around the hotel, and you are back in the same location after 10 minutes.

Disliked: Unfriendly and cold staff, except for reception staff and one Asian lady in the restaurant, the rest of the staff were cold and inhospitable. Shocking!!
