Disliked: Hot tub was out of order, no sign of it being repaired any time soon.

Quiet, lovely staff, no complaints...

Liked: Pretty venue, nice room, quiet, lovely staff.
Disliked: Food! No healthy options available, except a cheap salad! A simple chicken/salmon dish with seasonal veg would have been great, but was unavailable for our group. Fish and Chips, Burger, or something else equally unappetising were the only options. Could easily do better! Breakfast choices also very basic, but coffee was good! There was a drain smell in my room 213, which I reported.

Liked: Staff were helpful. The pool was great.
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms. Room 5 the door didn’t close properly and the main lights would not work so my daughter was moved to a small room above a noisy bar which interrupted sleep. My room was by the car park and I was woken by a noisy Lamborghini reversing into a space outside the window at 6am!

Worked due to location but...

Disliked: Rooms very dated.Very hot- no air conditioning

Liked: Ticks the work stay; clean, comfortable; good restaurant (though menu limited).
Disliked: The pool area needs a little modernisation.
