Great hotel, staff and location

Liked: Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great views and location.
Disliked: 3 flights of quite steep stairs.

Liked: We had stayed at the hotel previously and that was acknowledged. The location is fabulous - very close to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and welcoming. The hotel atmosphere was relaxed but very efficient. Would recommend.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike

Disliked: just a small complaint,my partner didn't enjoy his tea at breakfast, as only luke warm.

Disliked: We didn’t get much sleep there due to rodents being in the loft area above the ceiling, scurrying about and scratching all night. We were situated at the top of the building we mentioned it to reception and they have offered 10% refund payable from yourselves booking.com they have emailed you. Just very disappointed as it was my husbands birthday 67 and our 40th anniversary a double celebration.
