Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: I sent a formal complaint about this hotel from my booking in experience to my leaving I expected the hotel to forward this to Booking.com How dare you continue to book people into this hotel without responding to the awful feedback by guests My complaint was serious and provoked a police response I demand a full refund and an investigation into this hotel

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Clean but that's all...

Liked: The location was as expected.
Disliked: This place I'm MY OPINION. Needs new management and a lot of investment to get it right. No staff, no food facilities , no bar...it was devoid of anything but a room and towels...I wish I'd have gone to the local youth hostel...facilities were very basic, very aged...but clean. The key was on reception and no one was around... fortunately we were only there one night.. the grounds are lively the building is picturesque, sadly I expected a little more than a key and a bed...

A pleasant surprise.

Liked: The location was perfect for a relaxing stay and the view from my bedroom window was of swifts diving and swirling above hills. I would be happy to book in the future.

Good

Liked: Lovely inn, had a real old era feel which we enjoyed, staff were accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable and the location and view was stunning.
Disliked: minor negatives were the breakfast was slightly small (still tasty) and the shower was temperamental (this could have been a fault of mine because when my girlfriend had one it worked better)
