Clean, peaceful and relaxing.

Liked: Everything was great. It just seemed a little expensive for stay. Staff were friendly. Very clean and plenty of towels.
Disliked: We used the pool and we weren’t aware that we had to take towels from our room or pay €2. It would be useful to know this at check in. Once we’re there it’s very hard to go back. I bought some jewellery in the hotel and I know it’s not related but perhaps putting a sign somewhere that’s cash is needed to buy the items or even the staff sharing this information when showing the items. I then had to go around Nenagh looking for an atm. Otherwise all was good.It really about communication and sharing information in advance. That would make it so much better

Not happy at all

Liked: It was clean and predominantly friendly
Disliked: The fact that my kids were subjected to a drag show viewing upon our return from having dinner in the Hibernian. Not to mention the staff member who told me if that’s all I had to worry about in this day and age then I’m in for a big surprise. I was actually disgusted, we as a family could not get trough the front door as the drag show was emblazoned across it. This was still 8 pm still broad daylight. We went to bed but we had planned on going to the bar, we felt embarrassed as a family to try to continue our evening. I’m Only sorry I never got the staff members name as I’m also sorry I never sought a manager out to relay our concerns. I understand a drag show has a certain type of audience and people seek this out but to have it rammed down your throat upon arrival I find was highly unnecessary.
