Liked: Jacuzzi tub was nice. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The loitering around the parking lot was bad not only a lot of it but you got the sense they weren't from a good crowd.

Comfortable stay

Liked: It’s a studio apartment, have all the basic utensils for your stay. Also the breakfast is included with the stay.

Liked: the location was convenient.
Disliked: it was unclean, the drain in the bathroom sink was clogged, we had to buy our own toilet paper, breakfast was included in the price but no one ever told us where it was/when it was available, there was no housekeeping calls made to our room in particular, we heard several times housekeeping come to the building but not once to our room so there quickly were no clean towels. the automatic light in the hallway was directly in line with the window in the door and the bed,making a blinking nightlight right in your eyes as you were trying to sleep. also any movement whatsoever set the light off. the room smelled like an old smoking room. there was visible grime on the floor- also no broom. there were weird stains of various fluids on the walls and broken fire alarms. the fire extinguisher in the hall was expired. also, we had to take out our own garbage, as in drive it to the dump because there was no onsite option. the sheets were nice though.

Disappointed

Disliked: Got bite by fleas or bed bugs. Place had a bad smell to it. The furniture was old and some of it was broken.

Liked: We liked the heated floors. The room was clean but took some getting use to since our rooms #14 & 15 were located in the basement right outside the laundry facilities which was odd. The staff is friendly. Linens were clean. We were warm in rooms for an Alaska’s winter stay.
Disliked: The furniture is old and stained. The rooms we had #14 & 15 were oddly located what seemed like the basement. You had to walk down stairs from the ground floor and the rooms are oddly located right outside the laundry facilities. In other words you have to walk through the laundry room to open the door of your room. The television in Room 14 did not work the first three days so it was completely replaced by the 3rd day. Room 15 got very hot inside and the thermostat could not be lowered. The manager said to crack the well window open. It did help cool the room. Breakfast is only for one hour and not located in the same building we were at on Loftus. Breakfast is located 2-3 blocks away on Birch Street. We went out for breakfast instead. The place needs serious upgrading.

Liked: - Good location - Helpful staff - Laundry facilities on site- Kitchen- Bathtub with jets
Disliked: - Room was in a different property than originally booked. “Extended Stays” is about a mile up the road. - Breakfast is only at the main property and only between 8-9AM (was unable to make it on any day during my six day stay)- The main door to the property is open 24hours a day and anyone has access. - WiFi is painfully slow - Walls are super thin. Could hear everything in the next room.- The building itself needs some attention. Hasn’t been refurbished in a while.- Do not stay in rooms 14 and 15 of Extended Stays, they’re in the basement by the washer and dryer.
