Modern hotel in a weird...

Liked: The space, tbe decoration, the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: The location despite the proximity to the metro..One has to walk 15 minutes to find a more typically animated Madrid street.

Best hotel in madrid! 100%...

Liked: Very friendly staff! They let us check in 2 hours early and upgraded us to a junior suite, courtesy of the hotel! Had a lovely balcony with a great view over the city. Very clean and easy to navigate. 3 elevators so even though we were on the top floor, lifts were always available.

Good, everything you could want...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms on outskirts of Madrid. Good location for the airport transfer or to transfer deeper into Madrid central.
Disliked: No air con in corridors or when waiting for lifts on each floor. Otherwise all good at price point.
