Disappointing

Liked: clean and cozy, tasty breakfast
Disliked: I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I booked the first night on my own through a Booking, the next two nights my company booked. I left my documents and money in a bag in the closet without using the safe, and on the first day I was robbed. For 3 days they promised to deal with this situation and when I was checked out at night they said that it was my fault, I should have used the safe.

Liked: The hotel closed its business permanently before l arrived there.

It was a pleasant stay.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were a few small problems (shower head didn´t function properly) which was taken care of quickly. The breakfast is good. A solid choice of different foods.
Disliked: Communication problems with the staff.I first booked the hotel a couple of years ago. The prices have risen drastically. I paid 300 E more than the first time I stayed.

Liked: I liked the decoration the cleanliness and the location was good.
Disliked: The staff werent helpful and when i booked my room i booked with breakfast and they told me there is no breakfast and i was hungry i mean who doesnt eat breakfast an it took me a lot to get food and i missed work
