Convenient and pleasant hotel for...

Liked: Very convenient location near the station. Clean and pleasant room. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The curtain let a lot of light in. Not a huge problem as sunrise was quite late when I stayed but it could affect sleep during the longer days.

Good location good value friendly...

Liked: By bus and tarin station and an easy trip from the harbour - overlooking a park but in the centre of town. Good location - good value and friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Some road construction works nearby but hopefully that will soon be finished and have unspoilt park views and access to the hotel

I would return and stay...

Liked: Very central and convenient, basic but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Near the tram and train, theatre, restaurants, shops and tourist office. Staff very friendly, Olivia was especially helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there is no elevator. We had a heavy suitcase and arrived very late at night. Reception was unattended at that hour and it was difficult to lift the bag upstairs.

Liked: Great localization! If you want to feel french atmosphere, this hotel is a great choice:)

Liked: Good location near the centre and the railway station. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the room location, it was up a flight of stairs and no me tonight was made of this when I checked. Also, the advert says all floors accessible by a lift.
