Great staff and location, but...

Liked: Staff were lovely. Location was great and aircon/ceiling fan worked brilliantly to keep us cool in the heat.
Disliked: Shower was boiling or cold, nothing inbetween. Water also flooded out of cubicle. Toilet door didn't stay shut. Mattress needed replacing as sagged in middle and meant we kept rolling into the centre in the night. Room smelled musty/damp (maybe caused by air-con). We also paid extra for the jacuzzi bath but it was tiny, smaller than a standard bath and really shallow so we never bothered using it.There was also a projector in the room, but the stick to pull it down was broken.

It’s a nice and comfortable...

Liked: The receptionists were super helpful and with a smile on their faces always. The place is really good for the price, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is quite close to Gran Via and Plaza de España, so it is easy to move around and in a safe area.
Disliked: There was sometimes a kind of humidity smell in the room.
