Great value for money!

Liked: The staff were amazing and we had a great stay. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable and the roof top pool area was lovely. Location for us was great as we didn't want to be right on the beach front. It's a short 15-20 minute walk to beach. Little supermarket only 2 minutes away too.
Disliked: I was travelling with my teenage son and he had the sofa bed and unfortunately it wasn't the most comfortable for him but it was definitely doable for the few days we were there. Pool is also not very deep but enough to cool you down.

Liked: Quiet location, transportation: Uber…. no bus.For partying, head to South Beach, a 25-minute walk.Shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is well-equipped, with a washer and dryer, but no stove. The slim young man, Richard, at the front desk, is exceptional, very responsive, thank you very much.The front desk staff is very professional, and the young man at the entrance is also very polite. Thank you.Nice pool
Disliked: My room wasn’t clean, I called the lady to clean but nothing the floor was really dirty The housekeeping staff 4/10, the property 6/10Expensive hotel 187/ night

Liked: This hotel is wonderful! Very clean, and the people here are so kind and helpful. They really want you to feel good and enjoy your stay. The location is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but just a 10 minute ride on Bus 20 to all the fun and attractions of Miami Beach. There is a great supermarket nearby. The café is lovely and cozy, everything here is just perfect, and the mattress is super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Good stay with some shortcomings

Liked: Nice location to explore Miami Beach, modern design, friendly staff
Disliked: Large kitchenette, super modern equipment but no cooker and no oven - so the dishwasher is of no use either, huge balcony with poor equipment, does not invite you to linger, mattresses very thin and hard, toilet was clogged several times, but help was always there immediately and super friendly
