Superb

I stayed at that hotel...

Liked: The location is perfect. Very close to the tram and U-Bahn (Line 5, which takes you directly to the main tourist attractions without the need for a transfer), a shopping mall and a supermarket are also nearby. Friendly staff.
Disliked: No a/c (but there is a fan), to be able to get your room cleaned, you have to reserve it 24 hours ahead :-) which we were not told about at the check-in. Single beds are very narrow, pillows and mattresses are not comfortable at all

Amazing hotel.

Liked: The room was very clean, staff very helpful and the hotel felt very welcoming. The room was great value for money with a beautiful view of the Berlin skyline from the 10th floor. We booked this hotel after a nightmare experience elsewhere in Berlin and could not be happier with the comfort and pleasantness of our stay. The location was a short walk from the U5 train into the city centre, great for tourists wanting to do some sightseeing.
Disliked: Nothing, our stay was flawless.

Nice friendly hotel in eastern...

Liked: Lovely room on the top floor overlooking the Tierpark, very green. Desk staff were friendly, parking was easy and convenient at the front of the hotel. We didn't eat there or use any of the other facilities (apart from a rather cool beer vending machine!), but there were a couple of supermarkets nearby which was handy. Also handy for the U-Bahn into the city centre and elsewhere on the east side of Berlin.
Disliked: The room didn't have air con, though we were able to open the windows.

Passable

Liked: The location is close to the city center of Berlin, making transportation very convenient. There is also a large supermarket nearby, which was quite helpful.
Disliked: While there was a fan in the room, there was no air conditioning, and the room I stayed in was quite hot late into the evening. The fan alone made the room too hot, making it difficult to relax.
