Disliked: WiFi rarely worked, water leaked in the shower, only way to get coffee is Rewe when they’re open or the 3€ machine espresso

Liked: The hotel met all all our expectations, staff were very friendly and there aren't many places anymore that offer 24hrs receptionist services. The rooms are spacious, although old-fashioned, very comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect location for visit to...

Liked: Pricey, but very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very large room and perfect location for a visit to the Tierpark and other Berlin sites
Disliked: Elevator closest to our room out of order. View from third floor room to the back...towards a (albeit quiet) trainyard not inspiring. They could have awed us as first time guests by a 10th floor room with a view.
