ABACUS Tierpark Hotel

Communication problems.

Liked: The location is right by the Tierpark zoo, and not far from the underground train which is a direct line to central Berlin. I would highly recommend breakfast because it like this buffet kinda deal with a bunch of vegan options too. The rooms were very nice, I have no complaints there.
Disliked: We had a few communication problems, one time we wanted new towels and was told we could ask for room service. When we did she said it wasn't possible before the next day, but that she would get us towels. The towels didn't come that day, so the next day we asked reception for room service (like we'd been instructed to) and was told that wasn't possible again and only change of towels were possible. At that point we just accepted and went to breakfast, just to come to our room and see that we were getting full room service anyway? It was very confusing and both receptionists weren't helpful at all and kinda seemed annoyed that we asked?The people who checked us in were very nice though! A kind gentleman who gave us all the information very clearly.

Liked: The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The hotel was right next to a metro station and several shops. The staff where very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Disliked: WiFi rarely worked, water leaked in the shower, only way to get coffee is Rewe when they’re open or the 3€ machine espresso
